Greenery Wired Valentine Heart

HeartA Lovely Valentine Heart

As you know, I LOVE  red and pink so this is my favorite time of the year.HeartThis wreath couldn’t be more ready for Valentine’s Day and am thrilled how it came out and know it will be left out in my décor and not packed away with the other décor.HeartI drew a heart the size I wanted on a paper  bag and used this as a basic pattern.Valentine HeartThen hubby cut out the chicken wire in basically the same shape but with extra sides and more at the top so we could bend it over.Valentine HeartWith my directions he bent it for me and I placed the front and sides with moss and stuffed it with straw type filler (you can use anything so it is dimensional).Valentine HeartThen I weaved the ribbon through the top, added the sheet music, swagged a vintage necklace across and stuck the glittered picks under the sheet music.  Simple, it just took a bit of time to get the heart shape right.Valentine Heart

Valentine HeartThe inspiration came from a Country Living magazine wreath published a few years ago, or more.CountryLvg HeartWill you be making one?  You’ll love it if you do.

I love it and it’s even prettier than your inspiration pic. I put your blog back on my blog list but it’s still not updating! I’ll be back to visit often though! Hugs!
